Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo

Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo have formed one of the most successful partnerships in music history. During their nearly four-decade career, they have won an unprecedented four consecutive Grammy awards, as well as three American Music awards. Their undeniable chemistry, Benatar’s mezzo-soprano vocal range and Giraldo’s trail blazing work as a producer, guitarist and songwriter created some of rock’s most memorable hits. These include, “Promises in the Dark”, “Hell is For Children”, We Live For Love”, “Love Is A Battlefield”, “Hit me with Your Best Shot” and “We Belong.” Their rock and roll love affair has endured for 38 years and they continue to tour every year, wowing audiences everywhere.

Luci is the magical result of a spontaneous writing session between three songwriters. When McKail, Ariana, and Ashley got together for the first time, it was in the living room of a North Hollywood apartment with roommates sleeping in the next room over. The moment they sang their first extremely quiet harmony together, they knew this was a musical bond that couldn’t be ignored.

Their sound is primarily folk/pop-based, and the group has been referred to as the modern, female version of Crosby, Stills and Nash with a splash of Destiny's Child. Through their combination of genres and individual styles, the result has allowed three independent and stylistically different women to come together to form a unique blend; a blend that embraces their strengths and differences and morphs them all into a cohesive, mainstream sound. Luci has booked various venues around Los Angeles (The Troubadour, The Hotel Cafe, The House of Blues, Room 5, etc), Nashville (The Listening Room, The Bluebird, The Country, etc), San Francisco (Hotel Utah) and continue to write and perform. They released their first live EP, “Live From 201” in February of 2016 and their first studio single, “Can’t Be Alone With You” in July. They have plans to release their first album in September 2018.
