Description

Born in New York in 1970, violinist, mandolinist, and composer Ted Falcon grew up in a musical family listening to jazz and the Brazilian music of Villa-Lobos, Tom Jobim, and Luiz Bonfá. Falcon has lived and worked as a professional musician in New York City, Los Angeles, São Paulo, and Brasilia. In August of last year, he moved back to Los Angeles after living in Brazil for eight years. He is recognized by his peers as a leader and catalyst of Brazilian choro music in the U.S.

Latin Sounds

Latin Sounds every Saturday evening from 5-7pm in the park behind the main entrance to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

Bring a chair, blanket, possibly some food, and enjoy world-renowned artists playing the hottest sounds from Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Cuba, and Los Angeles.. There is often Salsa dancing happening up front!
